In a uniform magnetic field force acting on a charged particle is F =qv×B so force is perpendicular to velocity then work done by the field will be zero, so kinetic energy remains constant and at the same time path will be circular. But only when v is parallel B force s zero it moves in a straight line with constant velocity.
