Detailed Solution

Given that,
S.P. = Rs. 24480
Loss = 4%
We have the following formulas,
S.P=selling price.
C.P=cost price.
Gain=S.P-C.P
Gain%= S.PC.P C.P ×100
Loss=C.P-S.P
Loss%= C.PS.P C.P ×100   C.P of the computer at a loss of 4% is,
= 100 1004 ×24480 = 100 96 ×24480 =25500
The S.P of a computer at a gain of 4% is,
= 100+4 100 ×25500 = 104 100 ×25500 =104×255 =26520   The S.P of a computer at a gain of 4% is Rs 26520.
Therefore, the correct answer is option 2.
