When an empty bottle is inverted in a bucket full of water and then tilted at an angle. What is observed? 

(i) Water fills in the bottle.

A closed bottle is always filled with air. So, when an empty bottle is inverted in a bucket full of water and then tilted at an angle, the air stored inside the bottle starts escaping it and hence produced bubbles in the water.

On the other hand, as air escapes, the empty space left out is filled with water in the bottle.

Hence, statements (i) and (ii) are correct.
