Concept: Momentum (P): The product of mass and velocity is called momentum. 

Momentum (P)=mass(m)× Velocity (v)
We know that velocity is directly proportional to momentum

P1=m×V

According to the question, If velocity is double then
P2=m×2V
P1P2= m×vm×2v

P2= 2P1
