Detailed Solution

The Communist Manifesto was published in 1848.
German thinkers Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels published a paper in 1848 titled The Communist Manifesto. It was initially titled The Manifesto of the Communist Party. The central claim of the Communist Manifesto is that the problem of ongoing class conflicts and cycles of revolution between the bourgeois and proletariat classes, which never result in meaningful reform, will be solved by creating one class of people. Marx and Engels wanted to enlist their audience in the Communist League's revolutionary cause by exposing the true essence of contemporary society. Thus Marx and Engels' historical materialism, which they had developed throughout the 1840s, attempted to explain how modern society had evolved.
