The famous Enabling Act was passed on 3rd March 1933, in Germany. This Act established a dictatorship in Germany. Hitler became the dictator of Germany. It concentrated powers in his hands and ruled by decree. He sidelined the parliament and imposed his rule in Germany. Hitler enabled the state to establish its control over all resources, media, judiciary, army and economy. Moreover, all other parties in Germany were declared illegal except the Nazi party and its affiliate parties. He also created special forces for surveillance in society for control.
