Detailed Solution

In December 1920, the Nagpur session of the Indian National Congress was held. Mahatma Gandhi was the driving force behind the Non-Cooperation campaign. In March 1920, he issued a manifesto outlining the ideology of the non-violent Non-Cooperation Movement. A campaign was launched to advocate the preservation of Hindu-Muslim harmony and to boycott schools, courts, councils, and foreign commodities. The Non-Cooperation Movement's goals were to adopt Swadeshi ideals and accept swadeshi customs such as hand spinning and weaving.
