Detailed Solution

When we look into a plane mirror , we see our image which is virtual and erect. The final image formed by our eye-lens is real and inverted.
The crystalline lenses of eyes are convex in nature. When object comes in contact with eye its convex lens forms an image which is real and inverted. There are optic nerves present in the retina of eye. Information of objects is carried to the brain in the form of chemical impulses that travels in the form of electric signals through optic nerves. In the brain this information is translated and accordingly the image of object is formed. Which is real and inverted as shown in figure1.
