Detailed Solution

Industrialisation began in France and parts of the German states in the nineteenth century.
The growth of industrial commerce and trade in Western and parts of Central Europe resulted in the creation of towns and the development of commercial classes whose existence relied on production for the market. Industrialization began in England in the second half of the eighteenth century, but it didn't really happen till the nineteenth century in France and many of the German states. New social classes were made as a result, such as the working class and the middle class, which were made up of industrialists, business people, and professionals. These groups were less common in Central and Eastern Europe until the late 18th century. Ideas of unification include the end of aristocratic privileges becoming more prevalent among the educated, liberal middle classes.
