Detailed Solution

In September 1920, the Indian National Congress met in Bengal. The session's president was Lala Lajpat Rai. It was a special meeting. The purpose of the extraordinary session was to pass the Non-Cooperation Movement's resolution. But this could not be demonstrated to be true. The following INC session was held in Nagpur that same year. The INC passed a significant resolution of non-cooperation during this meeting. It was resolved to give up the titles and boycott British government-owned foreign goods, schools, courts, and councils. Promotion and maintenance of Muslim-Hindu harmony and nonviolence throughout the campaign were prioritised.
