Many years ago, it was grazing land that cattle herders used. The pastoralists used this land for pasturing. During a particular period, these areas used to be the most considerable grazing ground used by most cattle herders. The British colonial rule expanded it as cultivation land, which was then converted into cultivation land. After colonial rule, it was converted from grazing land to game reserves.
