Detailed Solution

Brаhmаgiri is an archaeological site located in Karnataka. Gаutаmа Mаhаrishi lived in this era. He was one of seven noted Hindu holy people. In 1891, Benjamin L. Riсe investigated this site and discovered the stone edicts of Emperor Ashоkа. These orders revealed that the territory was named Isila and represented the Mauryan empire's southernmost degree. The Brаhmаgiri site is notable for the enormous number of monumental landmarks. The most recent settlement discovered here dates to two thousand years B.C.
