The Great Granary was discovered at Mohenjo-daro in the Indus Valley Civilisation.
At Mohenjodaro in Harappa, a large grain storage facility was found. The biggest building found at Mohenjodaro was the Great Granary. A high brick platform was used to construct the granary in order to prevent floods. It was built to store grains for future use.
