Detailed Solution

In the 13th century, Punjab, Haryana, and the region between the Ganges and the Yamuna were referred to as "Hindustan." Punjab Haryana is the region between the Yamuna and the Ganga. Hindustan, as used by Minhaj-i-Siraj, included the regions of Punjab, Haryana, and the plains between the Ganges and the Yamuna. Persian was his favoured language. In the thirteenth century, "Hindustan" included Punjab, Haryana, and the lowlands between the Ganga and the Yamuna. When referring to territories that comprised a portion of the Delhi Sultanate's dominos, Minhaj-i Siraj used the term politically. The Persians called the country on the Indus Hindu banks, later accepted as India by Roman and Greek writers due to minor language variations.
