Detailed Solution

America introduced the Dawes plan in 1924.
Dawes's plan successfully resolved the issue of the First World War and eased out bailout money for Germany. It was a committee introduced by America and headed by Charles Gates Dawes. Thus the plan was essentially an agreement between the Allies and Germany. The Dawes Plan also provided the reorganisation of the Reichsbank. However, the plan seemed to work effectively and was initially a great success. But Hitler attacked the Dawes's plan as it did not reduce the reparations on Germany. Moreover, they disliked the idea that foreign powers would control the German economy.
