Which is a chiral molecule?

A molecule is said chiral, if it does not have any element of symmetry and is  
non-superimposable on its mirror image.
Condition for chirality, A carbon atom tetrahedrally linked to four different atoms 
or groups.
Option (4)$\mathrm{H}-\underset{\underset{\mathrm{Cl}}{|}}{\overset{\stackrel{\mathrm{Cl}}{|}}{{\mathrm{C}}^{*}}}-\mathrm{Br}$   contain chiral carbon.
Hence, option (4) is a chiral molecule.
