Here, 160 and 0 are integers and $\frac{160}{0}$ is also in the form of $\frac{p}{q}$ . 

But the denominator in $\frac{160}{0}$ is equal to zero, which does not satisfying the definition of a rational number. 

Hence, $\frac{160}{0}$ is not a rational number.
