Which is the Ganga Action Plan's top board?

The National River Conservation Directorate (NRCD) in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change is the top board which implemented the Ganga Action Plan and still implementing the centrally sponsored schemes of the National River Conservation Plan (NRCP) and National Plan for Conservation of Aquatic Ecosystems (NPCA) for the conservation of rivers, lakes and wetlands in the country.
