Detailed Solution

Concept- A reactivity series is a series of metals arranged in order of reactivity from highest to lowest. The most reactive metal is placed at the top of the series and the least reactive metal is  placed at the bottom of the series.
Now, the reactivity order of metals is -
> Na > Ca > Mg > Zn > Fe > Pb > Cu > Ag
The oxide is formed when a metal reacts with oxygen.
Now, greater the reactivity of metal, more rapidly it reacts with the oxygen present in its surroundings.
As per the reactivity series, calcium  (Ca) is more reactive than Fe, Cr and Al. Therefore, calcium react more rapidly and easily with oxygen due to which it has greater tendency to form metal oxide.
Hence, the correct option is (4).
