Sher Shah Suri defeated the Mughal emperor Humayun.
He was succeeded by Humayun, Babur's oldest son, who ruled the Mughal empire as its second emperor. From 1530 to 1540 and 1555 to 1556, he was in power. And in this space, the Afghan king Sher Shah conquered Bengal and founded the Suri dynasty. Sher Shah Suri established the Suri dynasty. In the battles of Chausa and Kannauj, which took place in 1539 and 1540, respectively, he defeated Humayun. In two fights, Sher Shah defeated Humayun. He was vanquished on June 26, 1539, in the Battle of Chausa, and on May 17, 1540, at the Battle of Kannauj.
