Detailed Solution

Crops grow on the surface of earth.
Crops grow on the surface of the earth because of vegetation and cram processes with muddy and lusty soil. Soil is thinner than most layers where the crop is a huge creation to be done. The crop is the term used to describe a plant grown in a field on a large scale—for example, cereal crops, pulses and fruit crops. The crops grown in India are of two types, i.e. Kharif and rabi. Kharif crops are sown in the rainy season by June/July and are harvested by September/October. Rabi crops are sown in the winter in October or November and harvested by March/April. They are also known as winter-season crops—for example, mustard, wheat, potato, etc. Agricultural practices are those practices which involve the necessary steps to be taken during the production of crops.
