China, Estonia and Saudi Arabia are not truly democratic.
1)      The case of China is that, though like a democracy there are elections periodically, as here it's after every five years still it doesn't mean that China is a complete democracy like India. The Chinese people don't get any real options to choose from as all the candidates are approved by the Chinese Communist Party first and only their party wins the election which isn't a fair election type.
2)      In Estonia, the Russian minority struggles to get the right to vote, as the rules of citizenship made by the country for them are so imperfect that it is nearly impossible for them to vote which is against the value of democracy i.e right to vote for all.
3)      In Saudi Arabia, women got the right to vote in 2015, which means despite all of its progress it made progress in the field of democracy much later and till then all the major elections were won by neglecting a large population of females in the country by depriving them of voting.
