Honey in water is a solution.
Substances that get dissolved in water are termed soluble substances. A solution is a homogeneous combination of two or more components with particle sizes less than one nanometer. Sugar in water and salt in water solutions, soda water, and other common instances of solutions. All of the components appear as a single phase in a solution. Red chilli powder, butter and petrol are not able to completely dissolve in water whereas honey will be able to dissolve in water and hence will form a solution.
