1)      Universal Adult Franchise: Article 326 defines a universal adult franchise as the basis for elections to all levels of the elected government. The universal Adult Franchise means that all citizens who are 18 years old or older can vote, no matter their caste, education, religion, skin colour, race, or financial situation.
2)      Right to Equality & Freedom: The right to equality means that everyone is treated the same way by the law irrespective of their race, religion, gender, caste, or place of birth. It also means that everyone has the same chances to get a job and that untouchability and titles are no longer allowed. Every person is entitled for the right to freedom of conscience, thought, and religion. This also includes the freedom to change one's religion or beliefs, as well as the freedom to teach, practise, worship, and observe one's religion or beliefs alone or with others, in public or in private.
3)      Protecting the rights of minorities: Article 30 is pivotal to the protection of minority rights in India. It gives minorities the right to start and run their schools, and it says that the government can't treat these schools differently when it comes to giving them money.
