Detailed Solution

Concept- Coal is a form of carbon. Mainly there are four types of coal; lignite, bituminous coal, sub-bituminous and anthracite.
Coal's predecessor is peat. It is a soft organic substance that contains deposited mineral materials and partially decomposed plant matter. Peat is applied, and the result is coal. Peat has a carbon content of 28%.
Brown coal is another name for lignite coal. It contains the least amount of carbon. It is the coal of the lowest grade. It has a 60–70% carbon content.
Bituminous coal has high thermal efficiency. It is a component of the production of electricity. It appears bright and smooth. It does have layers, though. The carbon content is between 60 and 80%. An estimated 35–45% of sub-bituminous coal is carbon.
Anthracite is brittle and hard. It has a dark sheen. Hard coal is another name for it. It contains a lot of fixed carbon and very little volatile stuff.
Fullerene is categorized as one of the allotropes of carbon.
Hence, the correct answers are options 1 and 2 both.
