Detailed Solution

Concept: Liver helps to synthesise some quite salt or juice which help in digestion of fats and lipid, liver not help in digestion of complex molecule but even have role in storing of glucose when it exceeds in blood, stored in sort of glycogen and when it required then it reconvert into glucose then release into blood.
Now allow us to find solution from given options:
Deamination: The liver has a very important role in exudating toxins from the body. it's achieved by converting ammonia which could be a by-product formed after the metabolism of food within the body, into urea and is termed as deamination.
Bile storage: Liver helps to synthesise bile juice from hepatic cells, bile enters into the bile canaliculi which empty into small herring’s canals. A pear shape structure located slightly below the liver, is understood as gall which stores the bile juice or bile salts.
Synthesis of plasma protein: Hepatocytes are the styles of liver cells. They perform a task for the storage of the many proteins within the body which are required for several vital functions.
Storage of fat soluble vitamins: The liver helps to store vitamins and enzymes that the body needs. These are axerophthol, vitamin D, folic acid, cyanocobalamin, vitamin K, and iron.
Our required option is 2 that's Bile storage.
Note: The liver helps to secrete carbohydrates and it's necessary for converting glucose into glycogen which is stored both within the liver and within the muscle cells. The liver also synthesises bile which helps in food digestion. The liver is required for breaking down the medications, drugs and alcohol consumed by the person
Hence, the correct option is 2.
