Captivity is not an ideal of the Indian Constitution.
The preamble is the introductory statement of the Indian Constitution. It was adopted on 26 November 1949 by the Government of India. It reflects the values the Government of India expects its citizens to practice. It ensures its citizen's social, political and economic liberty. Thus, Option 1 is ideal.
