In 0.1 mole of Cu2+ ions 0.2 F charge is present.
One Cu2+ ion consists of 2 positive charges.
One mole  of Cu2+ ion carries = 2 Farad charges.
So 0.1 mole Cu2+ ion includes = 0.2 F charge.
There are 6.02 ×1023 electrons per mole.
So we get the charge on one mole of electrons as-
1.6×10-16 × 6.02 ×1023 = 96500 C
