Weight of the body is represented by W=mg    ............(i)
m is the mass of the body
g is acceleration due to gravity
It is given that the weight of the body is 98 N and we know that the value of  acceleration due to gravity g=9.8 ms-2
We can substitute these values in equation (i), We get   98 N =(m) kg ×(9.8) ms-2
 98=m×9.8
989.8=m
  m=10   m=10 kg Thus, the mass of the object whose weight is 98 N is 10 kg.
