Pressure is directly related to depth as

p = ρgh

.
Where

p = pressure exerted by liquid

ρ = density of the liquid

g = acceleration due to gravity

h = depth of the liquid

So as the depth increases the pressure also increases.

All fluids exert pressure in all directions like air in a balloon. The particles of fluids are continuously moving in all directions at random.
