Zona pellucida is a glycoprotein layer in an antral follicle is acellular. 

An antral follicle is also called Graafian follicle. Inside this follicle, secondary oocytes and fluid-filled cavities called antrum are present. 

The secondary oocyte is surrounded by layers, an acellular layer called zona pellucida and a cellular layer called corona radiata. 

Theca interna, ovarian stroma and layer of granulosa layers have cells.
