We know that an electromagnet is formed by passing an electric current through a current-carrying conductor. An induced current will be produced due to cutting the magnetic flux lines of a magnet, and an induced magnetic field will be produced around a current-carrying conductor. So we can increase the strength of the electromagnet by increasing the electric current passing through it. If the number of turns of the coil increases, then the current will increase, and the strength of the electromagnet will increase, also by increasing the length of the air gap between the poles.
