Detailed Solution

Pali and Tulu are not included in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution.
There are 22 languages given in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution. According to Articles 344(1) and 351 of the Constitution of India, all 22 languages are recognized as Scheduled Languages. These languages are: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Maithili, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. There are demands for adding Pali and Tulu also, but the government has not passed any bill or law regarding the same. Tulu is usually spoken by the people in the coastal areas of Karnataka and Kasargod, and Pali is spoken by the people of South Bihar and Magadha.
