Detailed Solution

Reagent(s) create ppt. with sodium carbonate using cupric sulphate, mercury chloride, silver nitrate, and barium chloride

Barium chloride and sodium carbonate are both soluble in water. When an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate is introduced to an aqueous solution of barium chloride a white precipitate of barium carbonate (being insoluble in water) is generated by a process of double decomposition.

BaCO3+2Nacl=BaCl2+Na2CO3

water is combined with crystals of copper sulphate, a blue aqueous solution is created. As a result, when the sodium carbonate chemical is added to the copper sulphate aqueous solution, the colour of the aqueous solution changes to a pale green precipitate.

Silver nitrate Here, silver nitrate is combined with sodium carbonate Na2CO3,AgNO3. White precipitate is the end product. Mercuric chloride It has a terrible toxicity.

Hence correct option is (a, b, C, d)
