Detailed Solution

None of the above reasons led to the withdrawal of the Non-Cooperation Movement.
Gandhiji disbanded the Non-Cooperation Movement in the aftermath of the Chauri Chaura incident in Uttar Pradesh. On February 5, 1922, a riot flared when demonstrators set fire to a police station at Chauri Chaura, killing 22 officers. Hence, after the enraged crowd murdered police officials at Chauri Chaura in Gorakhpur district (now in the state of Uttar Pradesh), Gandhi immediately called off the movement. As nonviolence was the most integral part of Gandhian philosophy, such violence violated the spirit of the movement. Gandhiji also felt that the Satyagrahis must be adequately trained before a mass struggle.
