Renin converts angiotensinogen into angiotensin-I. It is secreted by JG cells of JG apparatus found in nephron of kidney.

Liver synthesises the protein angiotensinogen. 

Angiotensin I is further converted to Angiotensin II in the presence of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE).  ACE secreted by the lungs.

ADH is secreted by the hypothalamus of brain.
