Set of quantum numbers for an electron in 3d orbital is, n=3,l=2,m=1,s=+12 .

For 3d orbital, the principal quantum number, n=3, for d-orbital l=2

For l=2, m can have values from –l to +l which means from -2 to +2. So possible values of m are -2, -1, 0, +1, +2.

Spin quantum number can have any value of+12 and -12 as electrons can have any spin.
