'Rolling friction, Sliding Friction, Static Friction' is the correct ascending order.  Rolling friction is the least as it finds very less time for interlocking due to the rolling motion. Sliding friction is slightly higher than rolling friction but smaller than static friction as the movement of surfaces does not give a lot of time for surface interlocking. Static friction is highest as the surfaces find enough time to interlock with each other.
