B. FSH and androgens regulate spermatogenesis.

FSH stimulates the proliferation of spermatogonia, stimulates the release of androgen-binding protein (ABP) and stimulates of the secretion of other growth factors and proteins required for the maturation and development of sperm cells.

Androgens stimulates the division of spermatogonia and their differentiation into spermatocytes. They also stimulate the meiosis of spermatocytes.
