Detailed Solution

Micelle formation: some substances at low concentration behave as a normal electrolytes but higher concentration exhibit colloidal behavior due to the formation of micelles. CMC (Critical Micelle Concentration): the concentration above which Micelle formation takes place as a micelle known as critical micelle concentration (CMC)Eg.., soap solution in aqueous above particular concentration (called CMC=104103 mol  L-1) forms soap micelles. On dilution soap solution behaves as a normal electrolyte and after adding excess of water intermolecular force of attraction between the soap particles decreases and soap solution micelles may revert to individual ions.
