A new government with the Blacks alone is not correct about the South African Constitution. On 26th April 1994, the Republic of South Africa was established. The new constitution took away the apartheid government and paved the way for a multi-racial government. The first President of the new republic asked the citizens to learn from the past and never turn to such sort of violence. Everyone, irrespective of their gender and caste, was given equal rights under the new constitution.
