Which of the following states of India does not have a petroleum oil well?

An oil well is a hole dug in the ground to bring petroleum oil hydrocarbons to the surface. Along with oil, some natural gas is usually released as associated petroleum gas. A gas well is a well that is designed to produce only gas. 

Punjab does not have a petroleum oil well. In India, these are situated in Assam, Gujarat, Mumbai High, and the Mahanadi-Godavari delta river basins. However, the first ever oil well was drilled in Pennsylvania, USA.
