We know that Archimedes' principle states that when a body is fully or partially submerged in liquid, it experiences an upward thrust due to the weight of the liquid displaced by the body.

We also know that the floating or submerged body displaces the same volume of liquid.
If the submerged part of the floating is greater then the amount of displaced liquid will also be higher. Due to this the force exerted due to the weight of the displaced liquid will also be higher.
As a result, if we try to push the floating water bottle more deeply into the water then the upward force which is also called buoyant force will increase.

Therefore option A is correct.

However, remember that if a body is already fully submerged in the liquid then pushing it down will not change the upthrust acting on the body. This is because, once the body is fully submerged, the amount of liquid displaced by it will remain the same. As a result, the upthrust on the body will not change.
