Detailed Solution

Collectivisation was introduced in Germany and was not a feature of The Enabling Act.
Germany got a dictatorship, Hitler banned all the political parties except the Nazi party, and he got all the powers, but he did not introduce collectivization in Germany. The Enabling Act was passed on 3rd March 1933, leading to a dictatorship in Germany. With the help of the Enabling Act, Hitler got all the rights to rule over Parliament and the people, as he got the dictatorship of Germany. Besides his Nazi party, Hitler prohibited all other political parties and labour organisations. They got complete rule over the economics and working of the place. Hitler achieved the entire rule over Germany. By running the dictatorship of Germany, Hitler got the power to transfer the powers of the state to the Reich Government. Hitler also abolished civil liberties during his dictatorship. Hitler became the ruling power and turned Germany into a dictatorship after passing the Enabling Act. He got the rights and powers in his hands.
