Detailed Solution

Blacks would take away the properties of whites was not an agreement made by both the ethnic groups of South Africa for their Constitution.
The one-person-one-vote and majority rule principles were accepted by the whites. Blacks acknowledged that the majority rule would not apply in all cases. They all concluded that the majority would not seize the property of the white minority. After the formation of New South Africa, black leaders pushed their citizens to forgive whites for the atrocities they had performed while in power.
