Robespierre follows the policy of severe control and severe punishment. He believed that all people are equal and nobody has the right to categorise people. The monarchs categorised people and exploited the right to equality and the right to opportunity. It led the exploited class of people towards revolution.
Robespierre decided to remove the monarch ruling in France. In a policy of severe control and punishment, he strictly beheaded the person who was found guilty as an anti-republic. He got the same punishment if any of the ministers were found guilty.
