Detailed Solution

INC, BJP, and BSP are National parties.
Based on objective requirements, the Election Commission of India (ECI) recognises political parties at the federal and state levels. A registered political party is entitled to benefits such as a reserved party insignia, free advertising on state-run television and radio, a say in the election date selection, and the ability to propose changes to electoral legislation. A national party is recognised if it wins at least four Lok Sabha seats and at least 6% of the vote in at least four State Assembly elections. The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and the Indian National Congress are examples of national parties (INC).
