Detailed Solution

Beggar practices has been banned under the Right against Exploitation.
The Right against exploitation has been instituted in the Constitution to protect certain weaker sections of society from social evils. Begar is one such evil. It is the practice of unpaid labour where the master forces the servant to work for him without any wages. This was quite prevalent in rural India as the society was very feudal. The landlords thought of common people as their property and thus didn't provide them with any payment for their work. In some cases, the landlord lent some money to a person and then, the person had to work his whole life to pay back the debt as the interest continued to pile up. This was banned by the Constitution.
