When exposed to antibiotics or drugs contineously, some microbes develop resistance by modifications in  their structures, like wise herbicide and pesticide  resistant weeds and pests develop after prolonged use of herbicides to get rid of them. This is called evolution brought by anthropogenic action ( man made ).
