Detailed Solution

Uranium is not obtained from Biomass.
The term biomass is used to refer to organic matter. The waste and dead parts of plants, trees and animals that are used as fuels to produce energy are called Biomass. It's the organic matter converted into fuel and used as an energy source. Wood, sewage and cow dung are the three best examples of Biomass.
The technological inputs which help to improve the efficiency of biomass fuels are the Conversion of Biomass to biogas in a biogas plant and the Conversion of wood into charcoal. Methane makes biogas an excellent fuel. Biogas contains 75 per cent of methane in it.
Uranium is a radioactive fuel which is obtained from beneath the earth.
